Towels Have a Sour Smell?
- Put them in the washer again by themselves, and use the high-water level. Add regular amount of detergent to the hot water, along with 1 cup of ammonia in the rinse cycle. Put them into the dryer ASAP. You may have to repeat this several times to get rid of the smell.
